How long do MADE candles burn?
Our candles are designed to provide long-lasting, even burns with a soft, radiant fragrance.
4 oz candle: Approx. 12 hours
12 oz candle: Approx. 12 hours
20 oz candle: Approx. 48 hours
Wax Snap Bars: 24 hours per 2 pieces.
Burn times may vary depending on wick trimming, room conditions, and how long the candle is burned during each session.
Are all sales final?
Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days and we will make it right.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging. We will assist with a replacement or store credit when appropriate.
How long does it take to process orders?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times may be extended during launches or high-volume periods.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Once your order ships, a tracking number will be provided via email.
Are your candles handmade?
Yes. All MADE Candle Body & Spa products are hand-poured in small batches to ensure quality and consistency.
What ingredients are used in your candles?
Our candles are made using a proprietary blend of apricot wax, coconut wax, and avocado wax, paired with high-quality fragrance oils. If you have allergies or sensitivities, please review this information carefully before purchasing.
Why does my candle look slightly different from photos?
Because our products are handmade, natural variations in appearance, color, or texture may occur. These variations do not affect performance.
How should I care for my candle?
Trim the wick to ¼ inch before each burn. Allow the wax to melt evenly across the surface during the first burn. Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time. Never leave a candle unattended.
Do you offer refunds based on scent preference?
No. We do not offer refunds or exchanges due to scent preference, as fragrance perception is personal.
Are your products safe for children or pets?
Our products are intended for adult use only. Always keep candles and wax products out of reach of children and pets.
