Shipping
All orders are carefully packaged and shipped within 5–7 business days from the date of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the carrier or incorrect address information provided by the customer.
Warm Weather Disclaimer
During warmer months or in hot climates, candles may arrive softened, slightly melted, or with cosmetic imperfections due to temperature conditions during transit. This does not affect the quality, performance, or safety of the candle.
Heat-related changes are considered normal and are not classified as defects. We recommend allowing candles to return to room temperature before use.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives defective or damaged (excluding heat-related cosmetic changes), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
Once reviewed and approved, store credit will be issued in place of a refund.
Store credit has no cash value and cannot be refunded.
Buyer Acknowledgment
By placing an order with MADE Candle Body & Spa, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to all terms outlined in this policy, including:
- Shipping timelines
- Warm weather considerations
- The no-refund, no-exchange policy
- Store credit issued in place of refunds for approved defects
Additional Notes
- Store credit is issued at our discretion after review
- Minor variations in wax appearance (including frosting or texture changes) are natural and not considered defects
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
